The Cape Coral Police Department is headed by Police Chief Anthony Sizemore. Under his leadership, the CCPD operates with several specialized units, each with a specific role to support the overall mission of the department.

• Records Unit: Responsible for the maintenance and provision of police records. It operates between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday -Friday.
• Evidence/Property Division: Manages all evidence and property collected during investigations. Retrievals are available by appointment only, made by calling the division directly.
• Recruitment Division: Committed to sourcing and hiring the finest law enforcement and professional staff. Their goal is to make CCPD the premier law enforcement agency in Florida.

It’s worth noting that the CCPD is a full-service agency, answering calls for service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
