The Huntington Beach Police Department offers two ways to get a copy of your crash report.

In-Person

You can visit the Huntington Beach Police Department in person and fill out a Records Request Form. You must show a valid form of identification and pay the appropriate fee.

By Mail

Send a written request to the Huntington Beach Police Department. You must include a copy of your photo ID, and payment, and provide a report number, accident details, and your full name and mailing address. For written requests, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

A Huntington Beach accident report is $23 per copy. Money orders, checks, credit or debit cards, is an acceptable form of payment.
