The La Habra Police Department offers two ways to get a copy of your crash report:

In-Person

Visit the La Habra Police Department to request a copy of your crash report. You must fill out a Records Release Form, provide your valid photo ID, and pay the accident report fee.

La Habra Police Department accident report fees are $0.50 per page.

Accident reports are legal documents filled out by police officers who respond to the scene of auto accidents.
