You can get a copy of your Manteca police report at AccidentReports.com, or you can go through the Manteca Police Department Records Unit.
The Manteca Police Department offers two ways to get a copy of your crash report.

Access Requests In-Person

You can visit the Records Unit at the Manteca Police Department in person to fill out a Collision Request Form and obtain a copy of your report. You must show your valid photo identification card at the time of pick up and pay the accident report fee.

Access Requests By Mail

Send a written request to the Manteca Police Department. You must include accident details, such as the time, date, and location of the accident, your full name, and the report number, if available.
Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, a copy of your photo ID, and the crash report fee to:

Accident reports can cost $6 to $25 per copy.

In a crash report, you’ll find information including the names and contact details for all parties involved, such as cell phone number, social security number, and personal email address.
You’ll also find:

• License plate numbers
• The driver license number for each party involved
• A description of any injuries sustained in the accident
• A description of vehicle damage, and personal property damage such as phones, laptops, etc.

These reports are created by police officials who respond to the scene of an accident and are often very detailed. A report usually will include a diagram of the accident scene which will show the position and location of each vehicle, in addition to notes documenting any contributing factors to the accident, such as debris on the road, traffic jams, road work, broken or missing traffic lights or signs, or icy roads.
