Public Records Request By Mail

To obtain copies of your Perris police records, you can send a written request to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
You must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope, accident details, such as the date and location of the accident, a copy of your valid driver’s license, and the crash report fee.

Accident reports contain detailed information regarding an accident and how it took place.

These reports typically include:
