Requests By Mail

To request a report of your collision report by mail, you must first visit the PD’s website to print the Request for Release of Police Records Form.

Your Westminster police records must be picked up in person and will not be mailed back to you. The department must verify your identity. When the report request has been processed you will be contacted by phone. When you pick up the report in person you must show your valid photo ID.

On average, it can take ten business days before you are able to obtain a copy of your report after you have made a request.
