You can get a copy of your Aurora police report at AccidentReports.com, or you can go through the Aurora Police Department. The Aurora Police Department offers three ways to get your report.

In-Person 

You can visit the Aurora Police Department in person and fill out a Records Request form to obtain a copy of your report. You must also provide your government-issued ID or driver’s license and pay the appropriate fee at time of pick up.

Online Report Requests 

Aurora crash victims can visit the Aurora Police Department’s website to learn how to obtain a copy of their online report. Only non-emergency incident reports will be available online.

Processing reports will often depend on how many requests the department has at one time and the nature of the accident. 

For non-injury vehicle accidents, it can take up to six weeks before you receive a copy of your traffic offense report. Additionally, if the collision involved a fatality, violent crime, significant property damage, or personal injury, the preliminary report may be unavailable for several weeks if there is an ongoing investigation or follow-up investigation. 

An initial report is $7.70 for the first ten pages and $0.25 for each additional page.
