You can get a copy of your crash report at AccidentReports.com or you can go through the Florence Police Department. The Florence Police Department provides two ways to obtain a copy of your Florence accident report.

In-Person

You can visit the Florence Police Department in person to request a copy of your collision report. Visit the Records Unit section of the Police Department and fill out the Public Record Request Form. You can contact the Police Department at (520)868-7681 prior to pick up to ensure your police report is available.

By Mail

You can mail a written request to the Florence Police Department for a copy of your collision report. Send your request to: Florence Police Department PO Box 988ATTN: Records Unit425 N Pinal St.Florence, Arizona 85132

When you fill out the Records Request Form, you must include as much information as possible, such as:

• Report number (if available)
• Time of accident
• Location of accident
• Date of accident
• Your full name
• Valid phone number
• The license plate or VIN number

Florence and Kearny police reports are $7.50 for the first twenty-five pages and $0.50 for each additional page.

It can take seven to ten business days before an accident report is available. If the collision involved severe injuries, a fatality, or a criminal incident, the report can take several weeks or months. If your report is still not available after ten business days, contact the Florence Police Department for more information.
