You can get a copy of your Oceanside police report at AccidentReports.com, or you can go through the Oceanside Police Department. The Oceanside Police Department offers two ways to obtain a copy of your traffic report.

Records Request In-Person

Mail Requests

You can send a written request to get a copy of your vehicle collision report from the Oceanside Police Department. To receive your crash record via mail, you must include your mailing address, stamped envelope, payment, and a copy of your photo ID. It can take up to ten business days before you receive your vehicle collision report.

Oceanside crash reports are $5.50 per copy. Accepted forms of payment include cash for in-person requests only, credit card, or money order. Money orders must be made payable to the City of Oceanside.
