When you fill out the Public Record Request Form, you must include as much information as possible, such as:

Public Record Requests are processed in the order they’re received. Processing times will depend on the availability of records.Typically, for minor accidents, reports are processed within three to seven business days. Complex accidents, such as collisions that involve fatalities, criminal incidents, or serious injuries, can take several weeks or months to process.
