You can get a copy of your San Bernardino police report at AccidentReports.com, or you can go through the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Office. The San Bernardino Sheriff’s Office offers two ways to get a copy of your crash report.

In-Person

You can visit the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Office and fill out a request form. The Sheriff’s Department is located at: 655 East Third Street San Bernardino, California 92415-0061. You must make an appointment to pick up your report. Contact the department directly by phone.

By Mail

You can request a copy of your San Bernardino Police Department accident report by mail. Visit the department’s website and print their online request form. You must include your mailing address, accident information, stamped envelope, and a copy of your government-issued ID or driver’s license.
