The OCSD handles all law enforcement services for the San Clemente Police Department. This means, that even if your report is filled out by an officer from the San Clemente Police Department, you must go through the Orange County Sheriff’s Department to obtain a copy of your report. The Orange County Sheriff’s Department offers four ways to get your crash report.
