You can get a copy of your Santa Monica police report at AccidentReports.com, or you can go through the Santa Monica Police Department. The Santa Monica Police Department is located in the Santa Monica Public Safety Facility and offers two ways to get a copy of your accident report.

Public Records Request In-Person

You can visit the Santa Monica Police Department in person and fill out a Records Request Form to obtain a copy of your accident incident report. At the time of pick up, you must show your valid photo ID, pay the traffic accident report fee, and include accident details, such as the time, date, and location of the collision. The station is located at: Santa Monica Public Safety Facility333 Olympic Dr.Santa Monica, CA90401.
Business Hours: Monday-Friday 12-10 PM, Saturday 12-6 PM. Contact the department before you attempt to pick up your report to ensure it’s available.

Send a written request to the Santa Monica Police Department. Include accident details, such as the date and location of the accident, and include the report fee, a self-addressed, stamped envelope, and a copy of your photo ID and send it to:333 Olympic Dr. P.O. Box 2200 Santa Monica, CA90401

Santa Monica Police Department accident reports are $0.20 per page.

After requesting a copy of your report, it can take twelve business days before you receive it in the mail. If your report has already been processed and approved by the department, you can obtain the report in person on the same day.
