Requests are typically processed within five to seven business days unless the accident involved a crime or death, or an open investigation.

Pinal County and Avondale police reports will cost $7.50 for the first twenty-five pages, and $0.50 for each additional page. Accepted forms of payment include debit card, credit card, personal checks, or money order. Make the check or money order payable to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office.

If the accident involved a criminal offense such as motor vehicle theft or other felony charges, or if it was an accident with injuries, your report may not be available for several weeks or months.
