You can get a copy of your incident report by searching the collision report information center at AccidentReports.com. You can also obtain a copy of your report from the primary law enforcement agency in your area, in a couple of ways.

In-Person

You can obtain your traffic accident report from the Prince George’s County Police Department located at: Prince George’s County Police Department Records Customer Service 4923 43rd Avenue Hyattsville, Maryland 20781 Hours of operation: Monday through Thursday – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. To obtain your motor vehicle accident report, you must go to the Records Customer Service entrance located at 4923 43rd Ave and fill out a Records Request Form. Mail Requests

To request your Prince George’s County police report by mail, you must identify the primary law enforcement agency responsible for filing the report. Next, you can submit a Request Form, along with your case number, mailing address, valid email address, and a self-addressed stamped envelope. In addition to the Request Form, you must also include the appropriate payment. The Police Records Department accepts business check, credit cards, or money orders. Prince George’s County and Frederick accident reports are $10 per copy.

You must wait ten business days before you request your unredacted report. Report requests are processed in the order they are received. You may have to wait two to three weeks before your unredacted report is available.
