For Public Record Requests, visit the Yavapai County Recorder. You can obtain access to a variety of public records and criminal history records, including:

• Arrest records
• Property records
• Death records
• Disciplinary records
• Annual crime reports

Public record searches have a fee that ranges from $15.00 to $30.00.

Yavapai County reports cost an average of $5 per report. However, you will be charged an additional .50 cents per page after the first ten pages of a report. Acceptable methods of payment include cashier’s check, money order, business/personal check, or cash.

To request a copy of a Yavapai County accident report, you will need to complete the Records Request Form, which can be found on the Sheriff’s Office website. Download the form and include the following information:

• Report number OR date/time/location of the accident
• Name of one of the drivers involved in the accident with their social security number or date of birth
