You can use the crash report help center available at AccidentReports.com to get your California police report, or you can obtain a copy of your report from the CHP or the nearest police station.The California Highway Patrol offers two ways to get a copy of your California crash report.

In-Person

You can visit your local CHP Department Records Division and request a copy of your California police report in person.
