What Information Do I Need to Provide to Get My Motorist Report?
When you request an Illinois traffic accident report you must provide the following information:
- Vehicle registration information
- Date, time, location of the accident
- Full name of one of the drivers involved
- The collision report number (if available)
- County in which the accident occurred
