New Mexico accident reports will cost $5-$20 per copy.

It can take ten to twelve business days before accident victims can receive their Albuquerque Police Department traffic reports. A collision with injuries, fatalities, extreme property damage or crimes may be unavailable for several weeks or months until an investigation has concluded.
