You can get a copy of your traffic police report from AccidentReports.com, or you can go through the Buckeye Police Department. The Buckeye PD offers two ways to obtain a copy of your crash report.

In-Person

The Buckeye Police Department Records Division is responsible for maintaining copies of departmental records, such as a non-emergency police report, and addressing other record requests. To obtain a copy of your Buckeye accident report, you must be a party to the accident. You can pick up a copy of your police records in person at the Buckeye Police Department, located at: 21699 W. Yuma Rd. Suite 104 Buckeye, AZ 85326
Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Contact the department prior to picking up a copy to ensure it has been processed and is available for pick up.

By Mail

Fill out the Records Request Form found on the Police Department’s website and mail the completed form, along with payment, to the Buckeye Police Department Records Bureau:21699 W. Yuma Rd. Suite 104Buckeye, AZ 85326

Buckeye accident reports will include important information about your collision, including:

• The names, addresses, and contact information of all parties involved
• Explanation of personal injury
• Description of damage to vehicles
• Insurance information for all drivers involved
• Diagram of the accident
• Actions of police officers
• Responding police officer’s opinion concerning who they believe may be at fault for the collision

Typically, law enforcement agencies will complete and process a crash report within twenty-four to forty-eight hours, depending on the severity of the accident. At the Buckeye PD, it may take up to ten business days to process a Buckeye accident report request. In some cases, if a violent crime or criminal damage was involved, or there is an extensive investigation, it can take several weeks or months before the report is made available.

Buckeye police reports cost $5.00 for the first ten pages or $15.00 for twenty-one pages. Reports that are over twenty-one pages long will cost an additional $0.20 per page.
