The Record Unit is responsible for processing and distributing Oro Valley accident reports.

The Oro Valley Police Department works with a third party to provide copies of accident reports online for a fee. To learn more, visit the Police Department’s website.

A report will cost $5.00 for the first fifteen pages. Reports that are over fifteen pages will cost $0.25 per additional page. The Police department accepts debit cards, credit cards, cashier’s checks, and money orders.

Oro Valley police reports are available within two to five days from the date of the accident. In many cases, police officers will file the report within forty-eight hours, for accidents that did not involve severe injuries, a criminal incident, or a fatality. However, if the accident involved a fatality or violent crime, or there is an active investigation, a lateral police officer will conduct an in-depth investigation. Until the investigation is closed, it can take several weeks or months before your report is available.
