You must provide the following crash information:

• Your full name
• Email address
• Date of the accident
• Name of a person involved in the crash
• Case number (if available)

The fee for a Wyoming crash report is $3, with an additional fee of $2.50 if you pay by credit card. The department accepts most major credit cards and debit card payments, in addition to money orders and personal checks.

• Names and contact information for all parties involved
• Description of damage to property
• Description of bodily injury/personal injury
• Diagram of the accident scene
• Reporting law enforcement officer’s opinion regarding which driver was responsible for the collision
• Accident details such as road damage, road debris, weather conditions, etc.
• Insurance policy information
• Driver’s license numbers
• License plate numbers/vehicle identification number
• Incident type (scooter, head-on collision, rollover accident, motorcycle accident, semi-truck accident, pedestrian accident, Uber accident, etc.)

The following parties are eligible to receive unredacted copies of police reports:

• All parties involved in the auto accident
• The parent or legal guardian of a minor involved in the car crash
• Legal representative
• Insurance carrier
• Vehicle owner
• Law enforcement agency
