You can get a copy of your Carmichael police report at AccidentReports.com, or you can go through the Sacramento Sheriff’s Office.The Sacramento Sheriff’s Office offers two ways to obtain a copy of your report.

In-Person

A Sacramento Sheriff’s Office accident report will cost $10 per copy.

Accident reports will include information such as the contact details for every party involved, each driver’s insurance information, driver’s license number, and license plate number.The report also contains:

• A diagram of the accident scene
• A description of any accident injuries sustained
• Vehicle damage
• Any citations issued
• Any arrests made
• Anything the police officer believes contributed to the crash, such as road closures, inclement weather, or debris on the road.

Filing guidelines can vary, depending on accident type. For simple accidents, reports should be available within five to seven business days.
